Rights & creative use

Licensing shaped around how the artwork will be used.

Select an approved size, declare the real project scope and receive project-specific terms before a protected master is released.

Licence direction

Different uses require different permission.

The final licence is defined by the named client, artwork, size, quantity, location, territory and purpose.

Rules applying to every licence

Permission is specific, not unlimited.

A licence is granted only to the named person or organisation, for the artwork, size, quantity, location, territory, purpose and period stated in writing.

Copyright, source files, authorship and all rights not expressly granted remain with the rights holder.

Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public file sharing, stock-library upload, tokenisation, dataset use and AI or machine-learning training are not permitted unless expressly authorised.

An authorised printer may receive only what is necessary to produce the approved output and must keep the file secure.
